Many standard NMC products can be adjusted to a particular application in one or several lamination processes. Whether it is foam on foam, laminates with substrates, or whether horizontally or vertically, inline or offline - everything is possible.

NMC has a number of patents when it comes to the application of hotmelt and adhesive tape on foam profiles and foils. We are able to apply protective foams to finished paint which, when removed, leaves no sticky residue whatsoever.

CNC controlled water jet cutting systems allow us to cut products with high precision with a 0.2 mm wide nozzle at up to 4000 bar water pressure. CNC technology also allows highly flexible production and an optimal number of cutting passes to reduce cutting scrap.

We count on proven diecutting tools for mass production. The tools are prepared with micrometre accuracy, and thanks to versatile trimming technology they allow cuts at any user-defined cutting angle at the highest speed according to calibration in the production line.

Using thermoforming, our foam is heated and pressed into shape. In this way the most diverse, complex design requests can be realized.
