1. What languages do I need?
As an international company, English is a fundamental requirement for most of our positions, and depending on the location, the respective local language — such as German, French, Dutch or another country‑specific language — is often important in addition to English, while any further language skills are considered a valuable advantage that supports smooth collaboration across teams and all our Group companies.
2. Do I need experience in the foam industry?
Not necessarily. Depending on the role, industry experience (as well as foam experience) can be an advantage, but it’s not a requirement. We provide a thorough and informative onboarding, offer tailored training opportunities, and make sure you feel well supported from the very beginning.
3. Do you offer internships, student jobs or apprenticeships?

4. Centralised application platform – one place for all NMC jobs
All applications for every NMC Group company site and every role are handled through our Career Center platform. This means: no matter which country, site or position you apply for, you can always submit your application easily and securely via our website. The entire recruitment process — from application to communication with our teams — is coordinated through this platform to ensure clarity, consistency and a smooth candidate experience
5. How soon will I hear back?
We aim to respond within 1–2 weeks after receiving your application.
6. How does the application process work at NMC?
It’s simple: Apply directly through the job posting and follow the indicated steps. Upload your CV; depending on the position, we may ask a few additional questions and documents to complete your application. Your application is reviewed by HR and the hiring team. Suitable candidates are invited to an interview, followed by next steps depending on the role.
