Turning Commitment into Action
Reusing Production Waste
We take back foam waste from customers to recycle and reuse it in our production.
In 2025, we used more than 1,100 tons of circular materials sourced from outside of NMC, thus saving the equivalent quantity of primary raw materials. We will continue our efforts to introduce post-consumer recycled (PCR) material in our products in the next years.
100% Green Electricity
We power our Belgium site with renewable electricity.
Supported by onsite solar systems covering 12% of its total consumption.
Smart Water Management
We reduce water use through closedloop systems across our production sites.
Our water purification stations ensure that contaminated water is collected, filtered, cleaned and returned to the next production cycle.
Low-Carbon Technologies
We invest in solutions that cut emissions and drive sustainable production.
By investing in technologies, machines and process development to support our continuous improvement in manufacturing.
Energy Efficiency at Every Step
We optimize processes and have set up an energy monitoring system.
To measure our electricity, heat, compressed air and water consumption site-wide.
Focused Energy Savings
We reduce emissions through optimized compressor performances, advanced extruder insulation, and energy-efficient facilities.
Such as our newly constructed halls at the Eynatten site, which are powered by heat pumps, solar energy and smart heat recovery systems.

Gold Medal from EcoVadis
In March 2025, NMC SA received a Gold Medal from EcoVadis in recognition of its sustainability management system assessment.
