NMC and Selit agree a strategic partnership
On 1 July 2017, NMC International SA entered into a strategic partnership with SELIT Group, a leading company active in floor underlays. NMC acquired a majority shareholding in Selit from the previous owners, the brothers, Marco and Rouven Seitner.
