When I joined NMC 11 years ago, what struck me right away was this unique blend of being an international company with a true family spirit. Even from the very first day, I felt welcomed, seen, and valued. It’s this special balance — global reach combined with a genuine human touch — that made my first impression so strong and has stayed with me ever since.
In my role as a Customer Service Manager, no two days are the same — and that’s exactly what I love about it. I coordinate and support my team in their daily work, stay closely connected with both internal and external partners, and handle a mix of operational and organizational topics. From customer requests to process improvements, there is always something new to tackle. What makes it especially rewarding is the collaboration with colleagues from different countries. Every interaction brings new perspectives, new ideas, and new ways of finding solutions.
Looking back, I’m particularly proud of my own journey at NMC. I started in Customer Service and have grown into my current role as a manager. For me, this is proof that commitment, trust, and development opportunities are not just words here — they are truly lived. NMC gave me the space to grow, take responsibility, and discover what I’m capable of. Over time, I’ve developed not only professionally but also personally. I’ve strengthened my communication skills, built confidence, and grown into a leadership role. NMC encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, take on new challenges, and continuously develop myself.

My “magical foam moment” came when I realized how many of our products are part of everyday life. The more I discovered where our products are used, the more I realized the impact we have. In that moment, I understood how much we contribute behind the scenes. It made me feel proud to be part of something that surrounds people every day, often without them even knowing.
