When I joined NMC Poland 1 year ago, what struck me first was the amazing team spirit. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed, supported, and included. There is something special about the atmosphere here – people not only work together, but they also really enjoy being together. It’s something I don’t take for granted, especially knowing how important it is to maintain that spirit, even during challenging moments.
Before NMC, I spent nearly 20 years working in large international companies, across different industries, sectors and cultures. But despite all those experiences, I had never felt such a strong sense of belonging as I feel at NMC. It was something I didn’t expect, but it’s something I deeply appreciate and a privilege I take good care of. You can have a lot on your plate, and you might have to deal with very strategic issues, but when you feel safe that becomes the foundation of a truly great place to work – and it gives you the power and strength to handle whatever comes your way. And that’s exactly how I feel here.
What I enjoy most about my role is supporting people in their growth. I love giving my team the space to explore, take ownership, make decisions and spread their wings. Seeing someone gain confidence, step up, and realise their potential is truly rewarding. For me, that’s what leadership is about.
I joined NMC Poland at a key moment, during a phase of transformation. As a newly formed management team at our Poland site, we had to build trust quickly while shaping the company sites future. It’s been an intense journey, balancing strategic decisions with daily operations, but also a very enriching one. I’ve learned to adapt faster, stay resilient, and remain focused even in constantly changing situations.
The magical thing about our foams:
For me, the magic of our foams lies in their versatility. They are everywhere, often unseen, yet essential in so many industries. Behind each product or solution, there is deep expertise, continuous innovation, and a strong customer focus. That combination of everyday presence and high-tech thinking is something I truly admire.

One of my most memorable “magical foam moments” wasn’t about a product, but about people. During a challenging period, I saw the team come together naturally — supporting each other, sharing responsibilities, and staying positive. No one asked them to do it; it simply happened. That moment showed me what a strong culture really means — and it made me incredibly proud to be part of NMC.
