When I joined NMC in 2019, what I felt right away was the strong sense of teamwork. In the workshop, we are supporting us naturally — everyone is willing to help, step in, and find solutions together. What I love most is that feeling that, together, we can figure anything out. There’s this quiet confidence in my team, a belief that no problem is too big if we face it as one. It’s something you feel every day, in the small moments and the big ones. For me, that’s what really makes the difference. It’s not just a workplace; it’s a team you’re proud to be part of.
In my role, I enjoy coordinating the tasks within our electrician team and lead meetings for various projects. My work involves detailed project preparation in the electrical field and providing direct support to colleagues when technical problems arise with our machines or plants. It’s not always simple, and there are challenging days, but that’s part of it. When everything falls into place and a project is successfully completed, it’s a great feeling — especially because it’s always a team effort.
NMC has given me the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I’ve been able to deepen my technical expertise while also developing my soft skills and gaining new perspectives. I am particularly proud to have successfully completed a Lean Green Belt certification through training organized by the company.
The magical thing about our foams:
For me, the magic of our foams lies in their transformation. It’s fascinating to see how such simple raw materials can be turned into a wide variety of products with so many different applications. It’s something you don’t always think about, but once you see it, it stays with you.
